Dr. Nelson hails from the Lonestar State of Texas. Graduating with honors, he completed his doctorate at the University of Houston. His experience includes his time within the Dallas Metroplex serving the indigent population and working with traumatic brain injury patients at the local trauma centers. Dr. Nelson joined the armed forces and spent the last few years as a Naval Officer in Beaufort, SC. He proudly served the Marine Recruits, Pilots and Active-Duty personnel contributing directly to the medical readiness of our armed forces.
Although he may not look it, Dr. Nelson is the proud parent of 7 children! His wife is a cosmetologist and regency romance novelist. When not in clinic, you may find him and his wife buried beneath laundry or cheering from the sidelines as their kids compete in local sports.
